Requirements
- Available to volunteer 12-15 hours a week.
- Based in the USA.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and workplace policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
- Commitment to a longer-term volunteer opportunity (12+ months preferred).

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and team members.
- Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition leadership to improve and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee daily department operations, ensure timely completion of documentation and tasks, and coordinate with managers across departments.
- Partner with HR on best practices, global initiatives, volunteer offboarding, and performance feedback.
- Attend monthly team meetings and complete additional duties as assigned.
