Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Ability to multitask by listening, typing, speaking, and navigating multiple interfaces simultaneously.
  • Must maintain a professional home workspace free from distractions and background noise.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound communication with members and/or providers.
  • Communicate with clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Review member products and answer questions regarding policies, disputes, and transactions.
  • Refer new product enrollment or changes to existing enrollment to a licensed agent.
  • Address billing or service complaints and forward escalated issues.
  • Document all member interactions in CRM software.
  • Educate members about health plan benefits and plan options.
  • Meet performance goals and KPIs in call quality, volume, and schedule adherence.
