Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and empathetically to inbound calls, emails, and text message inquiries from Aira users.
- Provide guidance and assistance regarding billing, subscription plans, and product inquiries.
- Assist users with technical troubleshooting for the Aira app or equipment.
- Educate new users on how to effectively use the Aira platform, features, and best practices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of user interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to provide consistent support.
- Convey user feedback and suggestions to product and development teams.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure service excellence.
