Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and empathetically to inbound calls, emails, and text message inquiries from Aira users.
  • Provide guidance and assistance regarding billing, subscription plans, and product inquiries.
  • Assist users with technical troubleshooting for the Aira app or equipment.
  • Educate new users on how to effectively use the Aira platform, features, and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of user interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide consistent support.
  • Convey user feedback and suggestions to product and development teams.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure service excellence.
