Requirements
- CRM implementation and/or customization experience.
- Understanding of Custom Functions.
- Experience creating and implementing automated blueprints and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to implement, test, and document work.
- Self-started and teachable attitude.
- Availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Zoho experience is preferred.
- Experience in similar CRMs such as Salesforce is accepted.
- Knowledge of Deluge is a plus.
- Knowledge of APIs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Implement and customize a full array of Zoho apps for clients including Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Books, Bookings, Analytics, and Recruit.
- Create and implement automated blueprints and workflows.
- Implement, test, and document all software work.
- Utilize custom functions to meet client customization needs.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver software solutions.
