Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology environments.
- Familiarity with channel partners, resellers, or managed service providers.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for professional meetings and communication.
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders from technical contacts to executive leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple relationships, track renewals, and identify growth opportunities.
- CRM proficiency with hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Results-oriented mindset with a partner-first attitude.
- Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent projects and follow through on commitments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners by understanding their business objectives, client needs, and growth strategies.
- Guide partners through structured onboarding for each new customer deployment, including product training and best practice workshops.
- Track customer usage patterns, adoption metrics, and health indicators across partner portfolios to proactively drive engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partner stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with internal technical and pricing teams to resolve complex issues, coordinate renewals, and deliver a cohesive partner experience.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to meet or exceed bookings targets.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
