Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Experience reviewing or overseeing the work of others in a finance or accounting context.
- Clear communication skills for daily collaboration with remote team members.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Must be based in the United States.
- PST alignment required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, payables, and receivables.
- Support the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate and monitor procurement, vendor management, and administrative expenses.
- Prepare management reports on cost efficiency, budget adherence, and operational performance.
- Support compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirements.
- Partner with the CEO to develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworks.
- Manage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee and review the work of the Finance & Accounting Specialist.
- Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring invoices are coded correctly.
