Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Strong financial modeling skills with deep familiarity with integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases and scenario models that influence decision-making.
- Experience in consumer or subscription business models is ideal.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Comfort with BI tools such as Hex.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to translate complex financial analysis for non-finance audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the cost, cash flow, and 3-statement consolidated financial model for quarterly reforecasts and long-range planning.
- Maintain the COGS rate card and ensure forecast assumptions align with operational reality.
- Support investor and board reporting packages with well-structured forecasts and financial narratives.
- Partner with Growth, Operations, Analytics, and People teams to drive financial rigor in initiatives and investment decisions.
- Build unit economics reporting and analytical tools to analyze hardware margin drivers.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements across recurring finance workflows, including leveraging AI tools.
