Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, economics, IT, or a related field.
- 3–4 years as a business analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and customer journeys.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar web analytics tools.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Fluent, clear written and spoken English for client interaction.
- Confident, articulate verbal communication suited to live US client calls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends to generate actionable insights.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements from internal and client stakeholders.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define business requirements and user stories.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer journey analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and e-commerce optimization.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and measure outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
