Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role within top-tier consulting, investment banking, or technology companies.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing experiments for digital products (A/B testing, multivariate, etc.).
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and advanced analytics for product-shaping insights.
- Experience in statistical programming using Python.
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries and environments such as Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter/iPython notebooks.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, business, development, and data engineering teams to guide growth strategies, problem discovery, and monitor KPIs.
- Translate complex product and business questions into data-driven, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain scalable, self-service data visualization tools and dashboards.
- Manage end-to-end analytics for Marketing and Growth products, including data requirement gathering, opportunity sizing, experimentation, and post-launch impact analysis.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across technology and business departments to act as a strategic link.
- Apply advanced mathematical and statistical modeling (A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, supervised learning) to solve high-impact business problems.
