Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple inboxes and tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused, friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
- Experience with Google Workspace and email management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience handling online reviews and third-party delivery platform inquiries.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage email inquiries across Catering, Info, and Loyalty program inboxes.
- Respond to customer phone calls regarding catering, delivery orders, and general inquiries.
- Handle basic dispute resolution in a professional and calm manner.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews and third-party delivery platform inquiries (Doordash, Uber Eats).
- Update store operational information such as delivery radius and hours of operation.
- Provide occasional weekend support as needed.
