Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and/or strategic business development roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and card issuing.
  • Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem and B2B technology applications.
  • Financial acumen sufficient to evaluate and model complex deal structures.
  • Experience communicating technical and product benefits to C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Experience in payments, investment banking, or strategic consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with executives in B2B and consumer payments.
  • Work with Product, Legal, Compliance and Delivery teams to define solutions.
  • Originate new opportunities, respond to inbound leads, and shepherd deals through to contract.
  • Identify, close and onboard enterprise customers alongside the team Director.
  • Manage sales documentation in Salesforce, including reporting and financial modeling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospect vetting and proposals.
  • Partner with internal SMEs to develop and sell the partnership vision.
