Requirements
- 6+ years of significant Product Management experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of owning complex data and integration products from 0-to-1 and at scale.
- Hands-on experience building API and flat-file pipelines and bi-directional syncs.
- Strong technical proficiency with major CRMs such as Blackbaud, Salesforce, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience managing technical partnerships, including joint roadmaps and versioning.
- AI-native workflow proficiency, including prototyping and shipping fixes with AI-powered tools.
- Ability to perform own data analysis and validate ideas directly with users.
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture, security, data modeling, and integration trade-offs.
- Ability to work independently and operate with a sense of urgency.
- Experience managing external vendors and systems with independent roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Drive data and integration strategy from discovery through execution and shipping.
- Improve the reliability, activation, and onboarding processes for school data flows.
- Manage and shape roadmaps for third-party CRM vendors, connector partners, and consultancies.
- Engage directly with Advancement Services and IT users to understand system requirements and data challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and partner success teams to solve integration friction.
