Responsibilities

  • Lead renewal cycles for an assigned portfolio by navigating budget processes and contract nuances.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to expand Panorama’s impact within existing accounts.
  • Conduct executive business reviews and in-person strategic planning sessions with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive account plans using KPIs to monitor client health and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to align on client success strategies.
  • Utilize client metrics and adoption data to inform prioritization and tailor account interactions.
