- Willingness to travel 30-40% for client sites, strategic planning, and in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead renewal cycles for an assigned portfolio by navigating budget processes and contract nuances.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to expand Panorama’s impact within existing accounts.
- Conduct executive business reviews and in-person strategic planning sessions with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive account plans using KPIs to monitor client health and adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to align on client success strategies.
- Utilize client metrics and adoption data to inform prioritization and tailor account interactions.
