Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital community management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills.
- Analytical ability to measure results and propose data-driven improvements.
- Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and distribute the firm’s content on Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, LinkedIn, and YouTube 14 days in advance.
- Design and implement the multichannel content strategy across social media and web channels.
- Lead content ideation for the creative team and track execution from concept to publication.
- Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors every 14 days to propose content.
- Manage editorial deadlines with the graphic designer and content creator.
- Monitor metrics for active social networks and produce bi-weekly comparative reports.
