Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents, whether commercial or as a pet project.
- Proven track record of product decisions that directly impacted business metrics like revenue, retention, conversion, or activation.
- Experience working in and with distributed, remote engineering teams.
- Solid proficiency in English for working with international stakeholders.
- Product-minded and business-first approach.
- Obsessed with simplicity and reducing complexity.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate builds.
- Comfortable working in async, distributed environments.
- Capable of holding technical conversations with engineers.
- Nice to have: B2B SaaS or marketplace product experience.
- Nice to have: Experience with recruitment, HR tech, or developer-facing products.
Responsibilities
- Own product areas from conception to delivery by defining success criteria.
- Drive discovery processes including user interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and hypothesis validation.
- Work hands-on with AI agents to automate and improve product workflows.
- Prioritize product roadmaps by deciding what to build, skip, or kill.
- Provide clear context for engineers to enable smart decision-making.
- Lead grooming, planning, design reviews, demos, and release note preparation.
- Collaborate with Product Designer and Engineering to ship features and iterate constantly.
- Track and own the business metrics impacted by your product area.
