Requirements
- 6+ years of direct sales or account management experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven history of quota attainment, forecast accuracy, pipeline generation, and prospecting.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, GRC (FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, HIPAA/HITRUST), AI, and/or cloud technology.
- Ability to develop and lead relationship-building with C-Level executives.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and remove obstacles.
- Ability to travel up to 30% on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Solution Selling, Force Management, and MEDDPICC (preferred).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive business development initiatives that align with cybersecurity service offerings.
- Create and execute quarterly business development plans to identify and secure opportunities.
- Build cross-functional relationships with project management, delivery, and marketing teams.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including account planning, pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, contract negotiation, and SOW development.
- Engage with client executives to provide cybersecurity and IT strategy guidance.
- Lead pursuit teams and manage formal proposal development and pricing strategies.
- Maintain customer strategy using sales tools like Salesforce.
- Manage leads from origination through qualification to conversion.
