Requirements

  • 6+ years of direct sales or account management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven history of quota attainment, forecast accuracy, pipeline generation, and prospecting.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, GRC (FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, HIPAA/HITRUST), AI, and/or cloud technology.
  • Ability to develop and lead relationship-building with C-Level executives.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and remove obstacles.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% on a monthly basis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Solution Selling, Force Management, and MEDDPICC (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive business development initiatives that align with cybersecurity service offerings.
  • Create and execute quarterly business development plans to identify and secure opportunities.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with project management, delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including account planning, pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, contract negotiation, and SOW development.
  • Engage with client executives to provide cybersecurity and IT strategy guidance.
  • Lead pursuit teams and manage formal proposal development and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain customer strategy using sales tools like Salesforce.
  • Manage leads from origination through qualification to conversion.
