Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, alliances, or partnerships within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Proven experience selling in or alongside the modern data and cloud ecosystem such as Snowflake, Databricks, or GCP.
  • Deep understanding of how enterprise data and marketing organizations make purchasing decisions.
  • Field-first mentality with a willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong relationship-building instincts with the ability to build trust quickly with a distributed field team.
  • Commercially sharp with the ability to identify deal-acceleration opportunities.
  • Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to travel for 2–3 heavy travel months per year.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Snowflake AEs, RVPs, and industry leads across Enterprise territories.
  • Directly source qualified introductions to the Hightouch sales team through Snowflake relationships.
  • Run joint co-sell meetings alongside Hightouch AEs including customer intros, deal reviews, and joint pitches.
  • Identify high-value target accounts with Snowflake field teams and execute coordinated outbound motions.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Snowflake’s field organization and Hightouch’s AE team.
  • Attend and host in-person Snowflake events, such as World Tour, Summit, and prospecting dinners.
  • Maintain an active cadence of 4–5 Snowflake AE syncs and ~2 joint co-sell calls per week.
