Requirements

  • 4+ years in enterprise sales, alliances, or partnerships within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Experience selling in or alongside the modern data and cloud ecosystem, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of how enterprise data and marketing organizations purchase software.
  • Field-first mentality with a willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trust with distributed field teams.
  • Commercially sharp with the ability to identify deal-acceleration opportunities.
  • Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and internal enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Snowflake AEs, RVPs, and industry leads across Enterprise territories.
  • Source qualified introductions to the Hightouch sales team through Snowflake relationships.
  • Run joint co-sell meetings, including customer intros, deal reviews, and joint pitches.
  • Identify high-value target accounts with Snowflake field teams and execute coordinated outbound motions.
  • Attend and co-host Snowflake field events, such as World Tour, Summit, and prospecting dinners.
  • Maintain a regular cadence of syncs and co-sell calls with Snowflake AEs and SEs.
