Requirements

  • Self-starter with high energy and initiative, capable of working with limited direction.
  • Proven experience as a hunter with a history of developing new prospective customers.
  • Strong competitive industry and product knowledge, with the ability to articulate business value propositions.
  • Proficiency with SFDC and Clari.
  • Strong business plan development and forecasting experience.
  • Ability to travel each week to meet with customers and partners.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional internal teams to ensure target quotas are achieved and exceeded.
  • Knowledge of Erate funding and the Erate sales process.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business relationships within existing customer base and with new prospects.
  • Utilize solution sales expertise to capture new business and grow the existing install base.
  • Attain 100% or more of set sales quota each quarter and execute corporate initiatives.
  • Provide in-depth business planning and reporting, including monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development.
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners and cross-functional teams focusing on SLED accounts.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of end-to-end wired/wireless data networking, network management, and security solutions.
  • Leverage knowledge of Erate funding and the Erate sales process to drive sales.
  • Conduct cold calls and consistent outreach to prospects and existing customers.
