Requirements

- Strong capabilities in project management and navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivated and resourceful professional capable of independent execution.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to rigorous quality assurance.
- Competency in utilizing AI tools to optimize and accelerate analytical processes.
- Genuine interest in the home services sector, marketplaces, and product-centric organizations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-impact initiatives to elevate service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development of complex service programs and conduct pilot programs for pricing and delivery.
- Oversee the launch and national expansion of new service offerings.
- Develop and iterate on BPO-led workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as the primary operational lead for Retail Growth Managers to resolve business needs.
