Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS environments supporting enterprise or MSP ecosystems.
- 2+ years of experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, or similar partner-led channel models, with a strong understanding of managed services delivery.
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge across security and infrastructure tools such as cloud platforms, identity systems, endpoint protection, logging, firewalls, and security operations environments.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging technical presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and security practitioners.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and map them to tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging.
- Self-driven, metrics-oriented mindset with a track record of supporting revenue growth and sales success in competitive environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support MSP-focused sales cycles, delivering technical expertise during discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations that clearly articulate value to prospects.
- Lead tailored product demos and technical deep-dives, addressing customer questions, mapping use cases, and showcasing cybersecurity capabilities across hybrid environments and security stacks.
- Translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear, business-relevant solutions, aligning technical capabilities with MSP customer goals and operational needs.
- Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and technical input during contract stages to ensure solution accuracy and customer alignment.
- Act as the technical liaison between prospects and internal teams, capturing customer feedback and feeding insights into product and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously strengthen positioning and improve customer conversations.
