- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage priorities independently and thrive in an autonomous work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing pipelines and CRM systems.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to quickly understand business models, market opportunities, and strategic growth potential.
- Resilience, professionalism, and a proactive approach to achieving goals while maintaining a high standard of client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify software companies that align with acquisition objectives, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential opportunities.
- Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to engage founders, business owners, and senior executives through targeted communication and relationship-building initiatives.
- Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers while positioning the organization as a preferred acquisition partner.
- Manage prospect information, outreach activities, and relationship progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Continuously improve prospecting methods, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline development processes through innovative ideas and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the acquisition process by providing insights on potential opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
