Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in high-growth digital or mobile-first environments.
- Proven experience managing both B2C mobile app acquisition and B2B lead generation programs.
- Deep expertise across paid media platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, and conversion tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, Salesforce, and modern marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success improving CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency at scale.
- Experience managing media agencies and holding external partners accountable to performance targets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across product, sales, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the full paid acquisition strategy across both consumer (B2C mobile app growth) and merchant (B2B lead generation) channels.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging paid media platforms.
- Lead external agency partners by setting performance goals, auditing execution, managing budgets, and ensuring accountability against KPIs.
- Launch, test, and optimize campaigns directly in ad platforms when needed to accelerate performance improvements.
- Drive user acquisition, app installs, and in-app engagement while continuously improving customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates.
- Build and scale merchant lead generation programs that improve sales pipeline quality and conversion performance.
- Manage attribution, reporting, and performance dashboards across tools such as AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, data, and creative teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
