Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in partner or channel marketing.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
- Proven track record of managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers, and Global System Integrators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Deep expertise in the B2B SaaS or Enterprise technology landscape.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to build and scale operational processes for rapid sales growth.
- Strong strategic leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Cybersecurity or cloud security background is a plus.
- Prior experience managing or launching a 2-tier distribution marketing model is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define annual and quarterly partner marketing strategy for the AMER region aligned with revenue objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers.
- Architect and manage the distribution marketing model, including performance tracking and MDF allocation.
- Partner with AMER Partner Sales and Field Marketing to drive regional pipeline targets.
- Manage the AMER partner marketing budget and ensure accountability for spend.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional executive communication regarding strategy and impact.
- Standardize campaigns and event playbooks to ensure a consistent brand experience.
