Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation experience.
- Proven experience with direct ownership of paid media budgets and lead-generation pipelines.
- Strong track record managing external agency relationships and holding them accountable to metrics.
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, lead scoring, workflows, attribution).
- Experience building lead-nurturing programs across the full customer lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BI tools (Looker or Power BI).
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and funnel analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building business cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership presentations.
- Ability to travel approximately twice per year for company events.
Responsibilities
- Manage external agency partners across paid media, SEO, and influencer marketing, driving performance and accountability.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly lead volume, lead quality, conversion, and ROI targets.
- Lead conversion rate recovery initiatives across the marketing-to-sales funnel.
- Design and execute HubSpot strategy, including lead-nurturing workflows, attribution, and integration.
- Direct landing page strategy, A/B testing, and cross-channel funnel optimization.
- Manage the company referral program, including platform administration and incentive optimization.
- Report performance metrics to the CMO and contribute to annual growth planning and budget allocation.
