Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects, programs, or product delivery initiatives in agile or product-led environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives and facilitating team adoption of new processes.
- Strong judgment in managing ambiguity, evolving scope, and competing priorities.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing colleagues.
- Experience improving project delivery processes, operating rhythms, or team workflows.
- Proficiency in using project management, collaboration, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery planning and execution for complex initiatives, pilots, or workstreams.
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to align delivery plans with roadmap intent.
- Surface and manage risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
- Facilitate delivery rituals such as kickoffs, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new ways of working.
- Maintain delivery artifacts, documentation, and tools.
- Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization processes.
- Provide delivery updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Mentor and support Associate Project Managers through feedback and modeling best practices.
- Identify and pilot improvements to delivery systems, processes, and tools.
