- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and manage competing deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
- Residency in and authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery planning and execution for defined initiatives or workstreams, including timelines, milestones, and task coordination.
- Maintain delivery artifacts and tools (e.g., project plans, workflows, documentation, dashboards) to ensure accurate and up-to-date visibility.
- Track progress against delivery commitments and proactively flag risks, blockers, or scope changes.
- Facilitate or support delivery rituals such as kickoffs, stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical partners to support alignment, communication, and follow-through on delivery commitments.
- Support intake and prioritization processes by gathering inputs, organizing information, and documenting decisions.
- Prepare status updates and documentation for internal stakeholders and team leaders, including translating technical updates into clear, accessible information for non-technical audiences.
