Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in HSEQ, HSSE, or Quality Assurance/Operations.
- Proven background in solar, electrical, construction, or highly technical field service environments.
- Experience developing and implementing Quality Assurance (QA) programs and training for distributed field forces.
- Strong working knowledge of US electrical codes and OSHA standards.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, apply, and audit international regulatory frameworks.
- Experience conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) for safety incidents and technical failures.
- Proficiency in using Field Service Management (FSM) data to build performance dashboards.
- Ability to drive accountability across internal teams and third-party partner networks.
- Analytical mindset for tracking trends in workmanship failures and safety near-misses.
- Strong communication and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a unified Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality program for global operations.
- Establish standardized technical requirements and post-repair validation processes for solar and storage repairs.
- Define professional conduct and communication standards for technicians representing the brand.
- Govern safety and quality requirements, including 'Stop-Work Authority' and 'Quality Correction' protocols.
- Ensure field activities meet local building codes, electrical standards, and national regulations like OSHA and NEC.
- Maintain a centralized, audit-ready library of HSE policies, QA checklists, SOPs, and repair instructions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety incidents and lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Track and report on global safety and quality metrics to shift from reactive to preventive management.
