- 5+ years of experience in mobile growth marketing.
- Proven track record in strategic leadership and team management.
- Deep expertise in at least one core discipline: ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in mobile growth execution.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members.
- Extensive experience in managing clients across multiple markets.
- Advanced structured problem-solving skills for managing ambiguity.
- Strong commercial awareness regarding revenue, margins, and client value.
- Experience utilizing generative AI tools in a professional context.
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to lead from the front.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction of your pod and manage performance against client KPIs and goals.
- Develop and execute integrated mobile growth strategies across ASO, Paid UA, and CRM/Retention.
- Manage difficult client conversations and navigate crises with empathy and confidence.
- Mentor and coach senior-level team members to drive performance and build accountability.
- Transform messy, ambiguous, or incomplete data into clear, actionable project plans.
- Monitor performance across accounts and course-correct quickly to ensure commercial success.
- Integrate generative AI tools into creative and analytical workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Support business development through pitch involvement and accurate scoping of new projects.
