- Lead recruitment capacity planning and hiring forecasting to align with business growth.
- Track and control recruitment budgets across all markets.
- Optimize hiring processes, define SLAs with Hiring Managers, and eliminate recruitment bottlenecks.
- Develop global recruitment standards while adapting them to local market requirements.
- Coordinate local recruitment teams in a matrix environment.
