Requirements
- Experience in training, enablement, or operations support within a multi-site environment (senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar).
- Strong ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training.
- Proven experience creating practical, user-friendly training content.
- Experience supporting technology adoption or system implementations.
- Ability to translate complex systems into simple, clear workflows and instructions.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build trust with field teams.
- Strong execution mindset with a focus on clarity, consistency, and speed.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver role-based training programs across all core systems like Yardi, Sherpa, and UKG.
- Create and maintain practical, workflow-based training content including playbooks, job aids, and quick-reference guides.
- Execute structured change management plans to support new system implementations and updates.
- Partner with the People team to deliver onboarding training for new hires to accelerate proficiency.
- Identify system usage challenges in the field and provide coaching or process reinforcement to address execution gaps.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership and IT teams to align training priorities and manage rollout schedules.
