Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience.
- 1–2 years of active, hands-on experience using AI tools in both design and code workflows (shipping production work).
- Working knowledge of frontend engineering including React and TypeScript.
- Strong background in building or maintaining component libraries at scale.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping AI tools such as Lovable, v0, or Bolt.
- Hands-on experience with coding AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude.
- Ability to understand and evaluate component architecture and production-ready code.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or platform products.
- Strong communication skills with experience articulating design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and define new processes.
Responsibilities
- Redesign the design workflow to integrate AI-generated prototypes created by PMs.
- Build and maintain robust design systems, component libraries, and tokens.
- QA prototype fidelity and translate prototypes into production-ready Figma files.
- Introduce and train teams on AI-native design tooling and prompt engineering.
- Define standards for prompt templates, design-to-Figma workflows, and review checklists.
- Collaborate across Product, Solutions, and Engineering to bridge the gap between prototype and production.
- Review and improve AI-generated frontend code quality for production readiness.
- Establish AI-assisted engineering standards for code reviews and testing patterns.
