- Lead the review, negotiation, and strategic management of staffing and contingent workforce agreements.
- Manage a wide range of complex commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and SOWs.
- Provide counsel on employment law, worker classification, co-employment, and compliance.
- Advise senior leaders on legal guidance that aligns business goals with risk posture.
- Design and implement scalable contract templates, playbooks, and escalation policies.
- Collaborate with RevOps, Sourcing, and InfoSec to support forecasting and enablement.
- Support ad hoc legal analysis and corporate transactions.
