Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in consumer-facing or content-driven applications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs and AI coding assistants.
- Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and context window management.
- Track record of using AI tooling to multiply output as a development partner.
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end through production.
- Experience shipping cross-platform mobile applications to iOS App Store and Google Play.
- Familiarity with software design paradigms and patterns.
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization for front-end and backend systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Apply agentic workflows across the SDLC including refactoring, test generation, debugging, documentation, and codebase navigation.
- Own features end-to-end through production, including post-release monitoring.
- Drive technical decisions and architectural direction for owned features.
- Maintain codebase quality by prioritizing refactoring as part of the shipping process.
- Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Identify, design, and develop features for web, iOS, and Android applications.
