Job Details

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to backend systems, automation, or applied AI development.
Hands-on experience building production AI systems or agents using LLM APIs.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, and structured outputs.
Strong programming skills in modern languages such as Python or TypeScript.
Experience working with APIs and distributed systems.
Proven ability to design user-facing internal tools for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with workflow automation tools or integrating multiple SaaS systems (e.g., CRM, Slack, Google Workspace).
Strong systems thinking with an emphasis on modular, composable architecture design.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly in a startup-like environment.

Design and build production-grade AI agents that automate workflows across sales, marketing, and operations, including research, enrichment, and decision support tasks.
Develop modular AI skills that connect to internal systems like CRM, document stores, and communication tools.
Architect systems for composability to create scalable end-to-end workflows.
Own and evolve the internal AI development environment, including tooling, templates, and best practices for building with LLMs.
Enable non-technical teams to build and adapt AI-driven workflows by creating intuitive abstractions, documentation, and reusable primitives.
Integrate AI systems with production data sources and business tools, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability.
Continuously iterate on agent performance, prompt design, and system behavior based on real-world usage.
