Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to backend systems, automation, or applied AI development.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems or agents using LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, and structured outputs.
- Strong programming skills in modern languages such as Python or TypeScript.
- Experience working with APIs and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to design user-facing internal tools for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with workflow automation tools or integrating multiple SaaS systems (e.g., CRM, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Strong systems thinking with an emphasis on modular, composable architecture design.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly in a startup-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI agents that automate workflows across sales, marketing, and operations, including research, enrichment, and decision support tasks.
- Develop modular AI skills that connect to internal systems like CRM, document stores, and communication tools.
- Architect systems for composability to create scalable end-to-end workflows.
- Own and evolve the internal AI development environment, including tooling, templates, and best practices for building with LLMs.
- Enable non-technical teams to build and adapt AI-driven workflows by creating intuitive abstractions, documentation, and reusable primitives.
- Integrate AI systems with production data sources and business tools, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability.
- Continuously iterate on agent performance, prompt design, and system behavior based on real-world usage.
