Requirements
- Senior-level experience in full-stack or product engineering.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React for front-end development.
- Proficiency in Node.js for back-end development.
- Strong skills in relational data modeling, specifically with Postgres or Supabase.
- Proven experience shipping and owning production systems end-to-end.
- Expertise in security and data isolation, including auth, row-level security, and audit logging.
- Experience building complex internal tools or review/approval workflows.
- Ability to work with high autonomy in an early-stage team environment.
- Strong product judgment and ability to manage technical trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Develop the engagement command center for audit status, lifecycle, and review-and-sign-off workflows.
- Build and maintain client and partner portals for document intake and status tracking.
- Design and implement robust data models for engagement, plan, and audit-year tracking.
- Develop integrations for recordkeeper and payroll file pipelines, invoicing, and scheduling.
- Implement security, multi-tenant isolation, authentication, and audit logging to protect sensitive financial data.
- Manage system reliability, observability, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
