Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python; Node.js experience is acceptable if willing to learn Python.
- Extensive experience designing reliable data models and using relational databases at scale.
- Proven ability to be a key contributor in the design and implementation of large, complex systems.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade software features.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Careful focus on system quality, observability, data privacy, and operational security.
- Experience with LLM-powered products, AI agents, retrieval systems, or evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture and RPC patterns.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with product, design, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and build foundations that allow Honor to safely and pragmatically apply AI across operating models and internal workflows.
- Develop systems for AI-assisted sales follow-up, operational defect analysis, and reusable retrieval patterns.
- Create and productionize internal agentic tools and schedulable workflows to support business operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, operations, and security stakeholders to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into reliable capabilities.
- Build secure model access, compliant data pathways, and observability frameworks to scale AI across the organization.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain production system reliability.
