Requirements
- Professional experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Demonstrable portfolio of shipped products.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience building UIs with React and Next.js.
- Backend proficiency in Go, Rust, C#, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience designing and operating reliable APIs and working with Postgres.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and production deployment.
- Active daily use of AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to own the operational side of code deployment.
- Comfortable working in a small, high-trust, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across the product ecosystem.
- Develop clean, performant frontends and reliable backend services and APIs.
- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
- Own features from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Integrate AI coding assistants into daily workflows to improve speed and debugging capabilities.
