Requirements
- 5+ years building production web applications end-to-end.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency in Node.js or Python on the backend.
- Demonstrated experience shipping at least one application integration (e.g., Lightning, Canvas, AppExchange).
- Comfortable working with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, Aurora).
- Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools and modern dev workflows in production.
- Track record of rapid prototyping and shipping executive-facing work under deadline pressure.
- Strong product and design instincts with the ability to engage executives directly.
- Experience building dashboards or operator tools for data or ML systems.
Responsibilities
- Build internal admin UIs for the trust layer including classification review, masking rules, policy authoring, and audit logs.
- Develop agent eval dashboards for monitoring retrieval quality, answer quality, gold-set management, and A/B configurations.
- Build agent operator consoles for the agent program team covering prompt versioning, rollouts, and feature flags.
- Ship agent embeds in applications such as Lightning, Canvas, or app slash commands.
- Establish and evangelize modern programming methods including AI-assisted coding, rapid prototyping, and CI/CD.
- Set up development infrastructure such as preview environments, automated tests, and deployment automation.
- Serve as the primary engineer for ad-hoc, time-boxed, US-based requests including prototypes, demos, and dashboards.
- Drive the policy SDK utilized by agents prior to retrieval.
- Own front-end engineering quality standards including accessibility, observability, and performance.
