Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working specifically with ISV and cloud software partners.
- Proven track record of building revenue-generating alliances with technology partners.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and support an OEM motion within the SaaS/ISV space.
- Deep knowledge of identity, security, infrastructure, and SaaS products.
- Seasoned understanding of partner ecosystems, including VARs, SIs, and MSPs.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions (preferred).
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environment (preferred).
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary program lead for OEM and targeted technology partners, driving the full partner lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and onboard new ISV partners and large platform providers to expand the growth portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including technical integration, API alignment, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams to design and execute joint demand-generation campaigns and webinars.
- Design and deliver sales enablement sessions to articulate joint value propositions and drive co-selling opportunities.
- Manage ongoing opportunity support and cultivate relationships with partner executives and GTM leadership.
- Act as the internal liaison to ensure operational compliance across systems like Salesforce or NetSuite.
- Monitor, audit, and report on the operational health and performance of alliance programs.
