Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting (company provided training/payment)
- Available for 5-day, 8-hour schedule or 4-day, 10-hour workweek
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or benefits
- Make changes to existing insurance policies
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
