Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passionate about helping others.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a P&C license within 60 days after starting.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Available for flexible scheduling options (5-day/8-hour or 4-day/10-hour workweek).
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits.
- Make changes to existing policies as requested by customers.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
