Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passionate about helping others
- Must obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting (company paid)
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits
- Make changes to existing policies as requested by customers
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
