Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media marketing or public relations
- Proven experience building AI workflows using tools such as Claude Code
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel (~20%) globally
- Proficiency in Sprout Social, Brandwatch, BusinessWire (or similar tools)
- Minimum 2 years of video-editing experience with tools like Descript, Premiere (or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
- Proven track record of developing high-impact influencer campaigns
Responsibilities
- Support and evolve the company’s influencer relations and content creator program, including strategy, recruitment, onboarding, budgeting, relationship management, and reporting
- Develop social media plans for spokespeople and translate industry trends into social content
- Draft, edit, and publish leaders’ social content across channels such as LinkedIn and X
- Assist the Sr. Social Media Manager in managing the employee advocacy program
- Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows to support content development and stakeholder collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with social, PR, community, product marketing, events, and developer relations
- Support social content creation and adaptation, including short-form video and campaign toolkits
- Manage, schedule, and publish the Big Tent podcast
- Support internal communications coordination and amplify team achievements
- Provide on-site support at company and industry events, including staffing executive and customer interviews
