Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management within the tech industry.
- Experience in AI or cloud solutions preferred.
- Track record of enterprise ARR contribution.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise market and key industry verticals.
- Working understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
- Experience working with major system integrators, global consultancies, and hyperscalers.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes, including AI ethics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven growth mindset with experience in start-up environments.
Responsibilities
- Own AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced Cohere pipeline by activating AWS field sales and technical teams.
- Define and execute partner-go-to-market plans for the enterprise market.
- Recruit high-impact partners across system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs, and cloud providers.
- Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs.
- Drive joint pipeline generation through co-sell motions and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct joint business planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track sourced and influenced ARR.
- Serve as the internal voice of the partner and work with Public Policy teams regarding AI ethics.
