Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Computing Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, business intelligence, or data science roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing people, projects, or technical delivery.
  • Practical experience delivering AI-enabled products and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong SQL skills and expertise in reporting platforms and analytical scripts.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and reporting pipelines.
  • Understanding of AI development practices such as LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and AI evaluation.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, schedules, and delivery expectations.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members and foster high-performing team environments.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for the architecture, design, and deployment of AI, reporting, and data analysis software.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of Software Developers, Data Scientists, and Business Intelligence Specialists.
  • Lead the delivery of AI-enabled products and features to improve legal document creation for millions of users.
  • Guide internal AI adoption and establish best practices for AI-native development and secure data governance.
  • Design and deliver business intelligence solutions including dashboards, SQL queries, and self-service reporting tools.
  • Prioritize the AI team roadmap and align technical deliverables with organizational goals and customer needs.
