  • 8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management within the tech industry.
  • Experience in AI or cloud solutions with a track record of enterprise ARR contribution.
  • Experience working with major system integrators, global consultancies, and hyperscalers.
  • Proven capability in joint GTM and co-sell motions.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise market and key industry verticals.
  • Working understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes, including AI ethics and government policies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven growth mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the partner go-to-market plan for the Enterprise Market.
  • Recruit high-impact partners including system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs, and cloud providers.
  • Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs.
  • Develop joint pipeline generation, co-sell motions, and strategic go-to-market plays.
  • Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track ARR performance.
  • Relay partner feedback to internal Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
  • Collaborate with Public Policy teams to advise partners on AI ethics and risk management.
  • Evangelize Cohere's vision at partner and industry events.
