Requirements

  • Proven management experience.
  • Solid experience in B2B account management.
  • Ability to build defensible account plans and negotiate effective agreements.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
  • Effective at selling major opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Advanced/Fluent level of English.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Creatio, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry CRM/CLM (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign), DAM, and BI systems.
  • Good understanding of design creation tools.
  • Pharma marketing background is a strong plus.
  • Master’s Degree in business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage account profitability and ensure adherence to annual and quarterly budgets.
  • Orchestrate relationships with clients across regions via alignment with Regional Account Directors.
  • Build and execute mid- to long-term account strategies to drive upsell and growth.
  • Lead client meetings, present solutions, and gather high-level requirements.
  • Devise scalable onboarding processes for strategic accounts.
  • Drive internal process improvements and organizational change to maximize account growth.
  • Supervise and provide leadership for internal operational activities, including staff and process development.
  • Manage high-level division projects and sales execution.
