Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment or People/Operations functions.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing technical systems for HR and Operations functions.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfort working with asynchronous communication tools such as Slack, Asana, and email.
- Desired: Experience using Greenhouse and Rippling.
- Desired: Previous exposure to political, progressive, or civic technology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure an empathetic and transparent candidate experience.
- Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding for seasonal staff, including offer letters and systems access.
- Provide daily operational support for candidate and vendor inquiries.
- Maintain data integrity within HR and recruiting platforms.
- Collaborate on special projects with the Operations team and CEO office.
