Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable.
- Proven working experience in AR/AP and collections.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Comfort working in a high-volume atmosphere.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and NetSuite.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- 1+ years of NetSuite experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Upload invoices to third-party platforms.
- Create and send invoices using NetSuite.
- Manage client accounts and data within HubSpot CRM.
- Respond to client emails and facilitate payment collection via reminders and outreach.
- Process payments received from customers.
- Maintain accurate records by entering and updating data in spreadsheets.
- Provide back-up support for other accounting tasks as needed.
