Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable.
  • Proven working experience in AR/AP and collections.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume atmosphere.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • 1+ years of NetSuite experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Upload invoices to third-party platforms.
  • Create and send invoices using NetSuite.
  • Manage client accounts and data within HubSpot CRM.
  • Respond to client emails and facilitate payment collection via reminders and outreach.
  • Process payments received from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records by entering and updating data in spreadsheets.
  • Provide back-up support for other accounting tasks as needed.
